The following Terms & Conditions govern all makeup services provided by Olga Smith and esthetic services provided by Angelae Smith at Love Purple Daisy. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, please contact us before scheduling your appointment.

 

                                                                                                                                   Booking Policy

1.1. Appointment Scheduling

• All appointments must be booked through our official channels:

• Appointments are confirmed only after receiving a deposit (if applicable) and booking confirmation.

• Same-day appointments may be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

1.2. Deposit & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your final service balance.

• Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept [Cash, Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, Affirm & Klarna)

• Failure to pay the remaining balance at the appointment may result in the denial of services, forfeiture of the deposit, and charges to the card on file. Additionally, legal action may be pursued, if necessary.

 

1.3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment to avoid penalties.

• Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will result in loss of deposit.

• Clients who fail to show up (“No-Show”) without prior notice will forfeit their deposit, be required to pay the full remaining balance and may be restricted from    future bookings.

• Rescheduling is permitted 12 hours before the appointment without penalty, based on availability.

 

2. Makeup Services – Olga Smith

 

2.1. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise instructed.

• Clients should disclose any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment.

• If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule to ensure a safe environment for both the client and the artist.

 

2.2. Service Policy

• All makeup applications include sanitized tools and disposable applicators to maintain hygiene standards.

• Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes with the client’s consent.

• Touch-ups are not included once the client leaves the appointment. Additional touch-ups will incur a fee.

• Bridal & special event bookings require a trial session before the actual event date.

 

2.3. Travel & On-Site Services

• Travel services are available for on-location makeup applications. Travel fees apply for locations beyond 50 miles from our studio.

• A minimum booking requirement of $100 applies for on-site services.

• Please book a consultation before booking this service.

2.4. Holiday Appointments

Bookings open 4 weeks in advance for major holidays such as:

 ​Christmas & New Year’s Eve

 Thanksgiving

 Valentine’s Day

 Halloween

 Independence Day

 Graduation & Prom Season

• We may offer extended business hours during peak holiday times to accommodate additional clients.

• Holiday rates may apply to certain services due to increased demand.

• Full payment will be required at the time of booking this service. 

 

3. Esthetic Services – Angelae Smith

 

3.1. Client Responsibilities

• Before booking any facial services; you must book a consultation.

• Clients must complete a consent form before receiving any esthetic treatment.

• Clients should disclose medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities before their session.

• If you are experiencing skin irritation, active infections, or have had recent cosmetic procedures, please consult before booking.

 

3.2. Service Policy

• Esthetic services include but are not limited to facials, waxing, skincare treatments, and more.

• Results vary per individual. We do not guarantee specific results, as skin responses differ.

• Clients must follow post-treatment instructions provided after their service.

• Touch-up or follow-up sessions may be recommended for optimal results (e.g., multiple sessions for skincare treatments).

 

3.3. Late Arrivals

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.

• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a modified service within the remaining appointment time.

• Excessive tardiness may result in a cancellation fee and loss of deposit.

 

4. Refunds & Adjustments

• All deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by Love Purple Daisy.

• Services are non-refundable, but adjustments may be offered within 24 hours if you are unsatisfied.

• We are not responsible for reactions due to undisclosed allergies or misuse of aftercare instructions.

 

5. Health & Safety Guidelines

• We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols for all tools and equipment.

• Clients exhibiting symptoms of contagious conditions (fever, rash, infection, COVID-19, flu, etc.) will be asked to reschedule.

• Masks may be required based on local health guidelines.

 

6. Liability Waiver

By booking an appointment and receiving services from Olga Smith (Makeup) or Angelae Smith (Esthetics) at Love Purple Daisy, you agree to the following:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided.

• Love Purple Daisy, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any skin reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction.

• You release Love Purple Daisy and its service providers from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your appointment.

 

7. Photography & Marketing Consent

• We may take before-and-after photos for promotional use on social media or our website.

• If clients opt out of taking photos, we ask that you sign our photo release form and decline consent to being featured in promotional content.

• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us before your session.
