At Love Purple Daisys, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer flexible return, refund, and cancellation options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

*Please note: Our Return, Refund, and Cancellation are only done through our Google Form.

Return Policy

​To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2. Conditions of the items: 

  • The items must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with seals intact.

  • Items that have been altered, excessively damaged, or show signs of being used will not be eligible for a return

3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice is required for all returns

4. Reason for return: Returns may be requested for reasons including incorrect product, product defects, or dissatisfaction with the product. 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or credited:

  • Clearance, Promotional Items, or Final Sale Items

  • Products sold as is

  • Items that are being returned outside of the postmarked date of 30 days can not be returned or credited.

  • Gift Cards

  • Digital Downloads

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products

 

    ​Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after we receive the returned item(s). 

   Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective items)

​RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

 

To ensure a smooth and efficient return process, please follow the steps below:

2. Check Your Email for the Prepaid Shipping Label – Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label via email from AngelaeSmith745@gmail.com. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

3. Prepare Your Package – Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a printed copy of your completed return form inside the package.

4. Ship Your Return – Drop off your package at the nearest United States Post Office or schedule a USPS pickup for convenient home collection.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund based on the original payment method or store credit.

 

Option 1: Refund to Original Payment Method

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and approve the return.

• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

Option 2: Store Credit

• If you prefer, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.

• Store credit will be issued via a digital gift card or coupon code, which can be used on future purchases.

• Store credit never expires and can be used for any product in our store.

 

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank or payment account.

2. Contact your payment provider. Some banks take longer to process refunds.

CANCELLATION/ADD-ONS

 Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Love Purple Daisys was founded by Esthetician and Entrepreneur Angelae Smith in 2018. Inspired by the vibrant city of New Orleans,LA, she began to brainstorm. This brought her to the conclusion of appreciating and understanding the beauty of simplicity, she then launched simple lipglosses that were fitting for all skin tones. She later began to expand and add Eyeshadow Palettes, Lipstick, Lipgloss, and Lip Liners. All products were created with the idea of simplicity and versatility which guarantees easy use for everyone.
